Meet Meg
With more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, I have had the privilege of caring for patients across critical care, emergency medicine, and primary care. I also hold a degree in exercise physiology and spent 10 years working in the fitness industry, giving me a strong foundation in movement, nutrition, prevention, and long-term wellness.
These experiences have taught me that meaningful healthcare is not simply about treating a diagnosis. It is about listening, understanding each person’s individual needs, and supporting the whole person—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
My goal is to help patients feel healthier, stronger, and more confident at every stage of their journey. Whether you need guidance with primary care concerns, support for your mental health, help reaching fitness and wellness goals, or assistance making lasting lifestyle changes, I strive to provide compassionate, personalized care in an environment where you feel heard and respected.
I also have a genuine love for aesthetics and the positive impact it can have on self-confidence. I believe aesthetic care should enhance your natural beauty and help you feel like the best version of yourself. By bringing together my experience in medicine, fitness, mental wellness, and aesthetics, I hope to help each patient improve their health, feel good about themselves, and create meaningful changes that last.
